Aer
Thirteen year old Aer reigns from London, England. Before he'd reached the age of seven, young Aer killed off his family, and found himself alone in the world. He figured he was always alone, and sought to live the life of an assassin. He carries basic magical tools, such as the Athame, Wand, Baline, and a few other tools, and is a skilled herbalist, almost to the point of being an Apothacary. He is named for the Latin word for Air, and controls this element, along with all gasses and molecules that make them up as if they are parts of his own body.
